SatvikCult offers residue-free Khapli (emmer) wheat and stone-ground Moringa leaf powder produced or sourced through our farmer-led operations in Maharashtra. Product descriptions emphasise traditional uses and published nutritional literature; individual experiences may vary.
2. Website use
- You agree not to misuse the Site (including scraping, hacking, distributing malware, or impersonating SatvikCult).
- Content (text, images, branding) is owned by SatvikCult or licensors. You may not copy or redistribute it for commercial purposes without permission.
- We may suspend access for violations or maintenance.
3. Product information
We strive for accurate descriptions, harvest dates, and imagery. Natural crops vary between batches — colour, aroma, and granulation may differ. Packaging may change without notice. If you have allergies, celiac disease, or dietary restrictions, verify suitability before consumption. Khapli wheat contains gluten.
4. Ordering process
- Channels: Orders are initiated primarily via WhatsApp or other messaging channels we publish.
- Confirmation: A contract of sale is formed when we confirm availability, price, quantity, and delivery window in writing (chat).
- Pricing: Prices are in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise and may change between harvests.
- Payment: Accepted methods (UPI, bank transfer, cash on delivery where offered) will be communicated during ordering.
5. Delivery & fulfilment
- Service areas: Deliveries are offered where we confirm feasibility when you order (pin code / city). Fees, carriers, and timelines are quoted case by case.
- Timing: Delivery estimates are good-faith projections; weather, logistics, or force majeure events may cause delays.
- Risk of loss: Risk passes to you upon delivery to the address or handover to the carrier as mutually agreed.
- Failed delivery: If you are unreachable or provide incorrect details, additional charges may apply for re-delivery.
6. Storage & shelf life
Whole grains and powders remain best when stored airtight, away from moisture and direct sunlight. Follow instructions provided with your batch. We are not responsible for spoilage due to improper storage after delivery.
7. Returns, refunds & replacements
- Food safety regulations limit returns of opened goods.
- If goods arrive damaged, contaminated, or materially different from what was confirmed, notify us with photographic proof within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange replacement or refund at our discretion.
- Change-of-mind returns may not be accepted once packages are opened.
8. Health & wellness disclaimer
Statements about Khapli wheat or Moringa describe traditional use or published nutritional research. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease. Consult a qualified clinician for medical advice — especially if pregnant, nursing, or managing chronic conditions.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SatvikCult is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or products. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to a specific order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded (including death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable).
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify SatvikCult against claims arising from misuse of products, violation of these terms, or violation of third-party rights.
11. Force majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control — natural disasters, strikes, supply disruptions, government actions, or pandemics.

Personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
